Become a Company Keepers Supervisor
Company Keepers™ is currently recruiting Founding Adult Supervisors to help launch our program. If you're passionate about supporting autistic individuals in a welcoming, structured environment where they can build confidence, develop social communication skills, and engage with others, we'd love to hear from you.
Company Keepers believes every participant deserves a welcoming environment where they can develop confidence, practice social communication, and engage with others at their own pace.
What You'll Do
- Supervise a weekly Company Keepers session.
- Help create a welcoming, structured environment.
- Support peer mentors during activities.
- Monitor participant safety and well-being.
- Complete attendance and observation forms.
- Communicate any concerns with the Program Director.
- Participate in Company Keepers training.
Who We're Looking For
- Enjoy working with adolescents.
- Patient, dependable, and organized.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working with autistic individuals, education, youth programs, or related fields is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn the Company Keepers approach.
- Must successfully complete required background screening.
Compensation
Company Keepers™ is currently in its launch phase. Adult Supervisor positions will initially be volunteer opportunities while the program becomes established.
As enrollment grows and program revenue allows, our goal is to transition Adult Supervisor positions into paid roles. We value the commitment of our Founding Adult Supervisors and intend to give them priority consideration as paid positions become available.
