Getting started is simple. The first step is completing the Company Keepers™ Registration Form. Once we receive your registration, we'll follow up within 2 business days to confirm placement and discuss next steps.

The Company Keepers™ Registration Form is the first step in the enrollment process. It takes about 5–10 minutes to complete and can be submitted directly from this website. Once submitted, your form is automatically sent to us and you'll receive a confirmation email.
Register for Company Keepers™Step 2 — After Registration
Parent Intake & Baseline Assessment
After your registration is confirmed, we'll send you the Parent Intake & Baseline Assessment. This form helps us learn more about your teen — their communication strengths, social goals, and what you're hoping they'll get out of the program.
This form will be available online after registration is complete.
What the Registration Form Covers
- Parent / guardian contact information
- Teen's name, age, and grade
- Diagnosis or evaluation status
- Emergency contact information
- Preferred session location (Brunswick or New Hanover)
- Photo / video release
